For those techs that use an eFile as part of their service, your eFile is a vital part of your equipment. But like anything with moving, working parts, it needs adequate care & attention.
While it won't bring a dead eFile back to life, regular servicing can really contribute to your eFiles general health and longevity of use - and we now offer such a service here at The Nail Lab!
What Is Included?
- eFile health check to understand the control unit & handsets current operability
- Handset reconstruction to allow for internal clean and dust removal
- Replacement of moving parts inside. the handset where 'wear & tear' has reduced their usability
- A complimentary rewiring of your handset to enhance it's lifespan and make it feel fresh again
- Return postage is included in the price
What Is Not Covered By This Service?
- Non functioning/broken eFiles or non TNL eFiles
- Re-casing devices that have been damaged by alcohol, acetone or other substances
- Substance damage to internal working parts
- TNL eFiles purchased more than 24 months ago
What You Need To Know
- Once you order your eFile service, you will receive an email within 10 minutes with a downloadable PDF detailing the next steps / how & where to send your device
- You are responsible for the eFile until it is in our possession
- Please include the order number associated with your service inside the parcel
- Please ensure the eFIle is securely packaged and safe for travel as the service does not cover broken eFiles
- If we are in receipt of a broken eFile or the eFile cannot be serviced, the device will be returned to your accounts shipping address. A refund would then be given, but shipping costs would be deducted
- We aim to only have all serviced eFiles in our workshop for up to 2 working days (mon-fri) and will do our very best to stay within these timings - however busy periods can extend this
