Terms and conditions
This website and its contents are operated by The Nail Lab (TNLUK). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Nail Lab. The below policies are drafted by The Nail Lab & we reserve the right to amend these conditions without prior notice.
Pricing
We reserve the right to amend the prices of our products & education packages without prior notice. Any purchase already confirmed will not be impacted by pricing changes thereafter.
Delivery
For physical items in stock, we endeavour to dispatch within 24 hours of purchase allowing for weekend & bank holidays as an exception, for those on express delivery. Our delivery couriers / partners will equally endeavour to deliver order within the outlined time frame - however, this will be subject to alteration during busy periods and circumstances our of our control.
The delivery fee charged is for initial delivery. If the package is returned, rejected at the destination or requires redelivery owing to the courier being unable to successfully hand over the product, any further delivery fees thereafter will be the responsibility of the customer and not of TNLUK.
All deliveries of orders placed online will be sent directly to the shipping address. If no shipping address is specified, your default billing address will be used.
Please note that for standard delivery, we allow up to 10 days for end to end delivery (from order to receipt) before issuing any replacement parcels.
Damage
If any of your items arrive in a damaged condition owing to impact or issue during delivery, you (the customer) must inform us via our customer service contact details within 24 hours of receipt of said item. Any 'damaged on arrival' claims outside of this window will not be accepted.
Returns Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, our products are non-returnable and as such, non-refundable. Should there be damage not owing to general wear & tear that makes your product unusable beyond any reasonable state, please contact our customer service team
Education
For the purpose of this section, the collective term for TNLUK classroom and online learning will be 'education packages'.
To secure a space on a TNLUK course, workshop or online class, payment is required via our TNLUK shop unless stated otherwise. For classroom course, the payment due online is for the deposit only with the remainder of the fee payable to the educator responsible for conducting the course, again, unless stated.
Deposits for our education packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. The transfer or return of any deposit is purely at the discretion of TNLUK and reserved for extreme occasions.
For our educational packages, everything that is included in the fee will be stated - if an item is not stated, this is to mean that it is not included in the fee.
Students are required to ensure they have the correct kit - information of which is available on our academy site HERE.
