Shipping policy

Your TNLUK shipment

Packages purchased with standard shipping are generally dispatched within 2 days following receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD with tracking. As standard, DPD expect delivery to take around 2 days but can be quicker - and in some cases, slightly longer. Your order will come with a 1 hour slot so once DPD have your parcel in your local area, you'll know the exact hour they plan to deliver it.

Given the nature of third party delivery, any replacement parcels for lost packages will be issued after 10 days from the point of purchase.

For our standard delivery, all order of £150+ are exempt from paying delivery costs - we will cover the delivery fees.

Whilst we endeavour to make sure all deliveries reach you in time, our couriers are sometimes subject to busy periods and, as such, may occasionally see a small delay.

Boxes are packed by our team and we make every effort to ensure safety in transit.

If the address you have provided is incorrect or the parcel is rejected upon delivery, we will await the return of your parcel back to our office and will resend the parcel upon its return once discussed with the customer. Any secondary delivery attempts as a result of parcel rejection or incorrect addresses are payable by the customer. If the delivery does not succeed as a result of an issue at our end or the couriers end, we will cover the shipping costs for secondary delivery.
